Habit grows out of repetition. So first you have to act, then you have to continue to act over and over and over again. Habits can be something good like working out or it can be something not so great, like smoking cigarettes. However, it is up to you what you choose to do over and over again. They will become your habits, but it starts with making a conscious choice and then choosing to repeat it.
Habits are important. It’s important to have good habits that will grow positive character traits in you. If you practice these goods habits consistently you will have fewer days when you must force yourself. Then these good habits will become a part of your daily routine.
